The Fantasy Six Pack Hour: 2018 Wide Receiver Preview

The Fantasy Six Pack Hour is back. We are back this week to continue our 2018 Fantasy Football previews.

A.J. Applegarth is out one more week as he takes additional time off to take care of his newborn. I’ve got a co-host this week though in Tyler Thompson.

This week to help with the wide receiver landscape is Fantasy Six Pack writer, Dennis Sosic. He wrote the receiver position preview, bust and sleeper article for the site. Be sure to follow him on Twitter @CALL_ME_SOS.

MLB Trade Deadline

The MLB trade deadline was July 31 at 4 PM, and boy was it some trade deadline. Dennis, Tyler and I discuss three of the more interesting trades that went down on the last day of the trade deadline.

Draft Strategy

Dennis breaks down how he expects to attack the receiver position as he enters the draft.

Hot Topics/Questions

Dennis helps us answer the following questions

Bros in Different Area Codes

There was plenty of movement this offseason with running wide receivers. Brandin Cooks, Jarvis Landry, Allen Robinson, Sammy Watkins, Michael Crabtree, Allen Hurns, Mike Wallace and more are all on new teams.

Dennis tells us which receiver he likes best, which he is avoiding and more.

Rookie receivers are harder to trust than rookie running backs. However, there are some that are intriguing this season including, D.J. Moore, Calvin Ridley, Courtland Sutton, Dante Pettis, Christian Kirk, James Washington and Michael Gallup.

Dennis tells us who could make the biggest impact in fantasy and who he is not interested in.

Reaches and Steals

We finish the wide receiver preview with each of us giving one reach and one steal in drafts.
